HOW TO MAKE AN ENQUIRY
Once you find your perfect Honda, simply complete an online enquiry form where our dedicated team will then contact you via your chosen method of contact. Alternatively contact our showroom via telephone, email or live chat and a member of the Sales Team will be on hand to discuss your enquiry in detail, which can include personalised videos and digital brochures.
PART EXCHANGE
If you have a Part Exchange or Trade-In, utilise our valuation tool which sends a message to our Sales Team who can give you an instant valuation. Based on this valuation (subject to inspecting the car) we can make you an offer that you can use against your purchase.
TAILOR YOUR FINANCE
Our Sales Team are on hand to discuss all finance options available to you either online or on the telephone.
HOW TO ORDER
Order your next car from the comfort of your own home. A member of our Sales Team will ensure all paperwork is sent to you via a secure digital platform where you are able to sign all documents electronically.
DIGITAL HANDOVER
24 hours prior to collection you will receive a handover video so you will be familiar with controls and safety functions of your new car. Following the collection of the car our dedicated team will then contact you to answer any further questions you may have.
COLLECTION/DELIVERY
Now it’s time to choose how you’d like your new Honda – collect from our showroom or have your vehicle delivered straight to your door with our home delivery service.
COLLECTING YOUR VEHICLE
A member of our Sales Team will arrange a convenient time to collect your new car once all paperwork is completed. Prior to collect of the car, your vehicle will be fully sanitised via a ventilation system which sanitised all surfaces within the vehicle. Your vehicle will then be protected with covers for the driver’s seat, gear shift knob (manual or automatic), handbrake and steering wheel. To maintain social distancing your vehicle will be outside and all protective coverings will be removed and disposed of safely. Your keys will be fully sanitised and left inside the vehicle, ready for you to drive away.
HOME DELIVERY
For customers who are unable to collect their car from our dealership, we can arrange delivery directly to your home. Charges may be applicable for this service, please speak to a member of our Sales Team for full details.
